Welcome to Mistmagia! These Terms of Service explain how purchases from Mistmagia work, including our digital products, interactive witchcraft tools, and physical merchandise.
Please read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms takes away any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Mistmagia sells digital witchcraft products, online tools, and physical merchandise to customers internationally.

2. Products We Offer
Mistmagia offers a range of digital and physical products. The products available, their features, and their prices are described on the relevant product pages.
Our products may include:
- The Witch’s Cheat Sheet: An interactive digital witchcraft reference with ingredient correspondences, moon tracking, saved Grimoire entries, personal readings, and optional email forecasts and moon reminders.
- Digital spellbooks and guides: Downloadable educational resources containing spells, rituals, chants, sigils, and other witchcraft guidance.
- Digital calendars and bundles: Downloadable calendars, seasonal information, rituals, and collections of digital products.
- Physical merchandise: Items such as T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and other merchandise offered in our shop.
- Complimentary community access: Certain purchases may include access to a private Telegram community, subject to the conditions described below.
Features, product availability, and included bonuses may vary by product and purchase date. The description displayed for a product at the time of purchase determines what is included in that order.
We may introduce new products, update existing products, or discontinue products from sale.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Payments
All prices and applicable taxes are presented at checkout before you complete your purchase.
The final amount payable is the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other disclosed fees.
Your applicable tax treatment is reflected in the checkout information and your invoice.
We may offer different payment methods depending on the product, customer location, and availability of the payment provider. Payment methods displayed at checkout are the ones available for your order.
Payments are processed through the relevant payment provider. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details on our website.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
You are responsible for providing accurate information needed to process your order and deliver your products.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you submit a purchase request.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. The purchase contract is concluded in accordance with the applicable checkout process and the confirmation we provide.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, an unauthorised payment, a significant pricing or technical error, or an inability to supply the product.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund any amount owed to you for the cancelled order.
We will not use an order cancellation to avoid our obligations concerning an existing consumer contract.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order details.
5. Digital Products and Access
Digital products are supplied electronically. Depending on the product, delivery may take place through an instant download, an access link, an account, or another electronic method described on the product page.
We aim to provide access promptly after successful payment.
Please check your inbox and spam folder if you do not receive your download or access email. If you still cannot access your purchase, contact contact@mistmagia.com with your order details.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, and the software reasonably required to use the product, as described on its product page.
Digital products may be updated, corrected, or improved over time. We may change their presentation, interface, or features, provided that we continue to meet our contractual and statutory obligations.
5.1 The Witch’s Cheat Sheet
The Witch’s Cheat Sheet is an interactive digital product accessed through Mistmagia’s website.
Depending on the version and features available, it may include ingredient and intention searches, moon information, daily correspondences, saved Grimoire entries, personal readings, and optional email forecasts and reminders.
The features included in your purchase are those described at the time you buy.
What “lifetime access” means
“Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of The Witch’s Cheat Sheet as a service: for as long as Mistmagia offers and operates it. It does not mean the lifetime of the buyer, and it is not a promise that the service will exist forever.
Your purchase is a single payment. There is no subscription and no recurring fee, and we will not ask you to pay again to keep the access you bought. Future additions to the Cheat Sheet are included at no extra cost.
If the Cheat Sheet ever closes
We intend to keep The Witch’s Cheat Sheet running for many years. If we ever decide to permanently close it, we will:
- tell you by email at least 90 days before access ends;
- keep your access working until the closing date;
- before the closing date, give you a way to request a copy of your personal content stored in the Cheat Sheet, such as your saved Grimoire entries and notes.
If the closure is caused by circumstances outside our control that make 90 days’ notice impossible, we will give as much notice as we reasonably can.
Closure does not affect any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes to features
We may update, replace, or discontinue individual features as the product develops. Changes will not remove mandatory consumer protections or permit us to disregard material contractual commitments.
Where a feature or benefit was expressly promised as part of your purchase, we will honour that commitment or provide any remedy required by applicable law.
5.2 Downloadable Products
Purchased downloadable products may be saved and retained for personal use.
If a downloadable product is later removed from sale, customers who purchased it may retain their existing copy for personal use, subject to applicable law and these terms.
This does not guarantee that every download link or third-party storage service will remain available indefinitely. We recommend saving your purchased files securely after downloading them.
If a file becomes inaccessible or corrupted, contact us so we can help restore access where reasonably possible.
5.3 Personal Readings and Optional Features
Some products may offer personalised readings based on information you voluntarily provide, such as your birthday or other profile details.
These readings are provided for spiritual and entertainment purposes. They are not professional assessments or guarantees of particular outcomes.
Optional features, including email forecasts and reminders, may be managed through the available account settings. Turning off optional emails does not cancel a completed purchase or remove access to a product you have purchased.
5.4 Access and Account Security
If a product requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
You must not share your login credentials with others, attempt to bypass access restrictions, or use another person’s account without permission.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorisation, contact us promptly.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorised sharing, security risks, or material violations of these terms. Where appropriate, we will contact you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Any restriction will be proportionate and will not override your statutory rights.
6. Our 14-Day Digital Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when purchasing digital products from Mistmagia.
We offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible digital products purchased directly from Mistmagia.
The guarantee applies to digital products offered by us, including The Witch’s Cheat Sheet, downloadable spellbooks, digital calendars, and digital bundles.
6.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Email contact@mistmagia.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Tell us that you would like to request a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
You do not have to provide a detailed explanation of why the product was not right for you.
We will review your request and confirm the outcome.
6.2 Using the Product During the Guarantee Period
You may request a refund under our voluntary guarantee even if you have already accessed or used the digital product during the 14-day period.
Using a product does not automatically disqualify you from this voluntary guarantee.
If a refund is approved, we may revoke access to the refunded product, deactivate the relevant account entitlement, and disable associated download or access links.
You must stop using the refunded product and must not continue to access, distribute, or use it after the refund has been completed.
This does not require you to delete any information that the law entitles you to retain, but you may not continue using refunded content as though you still held a valid licence to it.
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible.
The time it takes for the money to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
We will process approved refunds without undue delay and within any applicable statutory deadline.
6.4 Statutory Consumer Rights
Our voluntary guarantee is additional to your statutory rights.
It does not replace or limit any statutory right of withdrawal, remedy for non-conforming digital content, or other consumer protection available under applicable law.
Where statutory law gives you a right to a refund or another remedy, you may exercise that right regardless of whether you qualify for our voluntary guarantee.
The statutory withdrawal rules for digital content can depend on the circumstances of supply and whether the legally required consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation have been obtained.
Nothing in these terms claims that you automatically lose a statutory withdrawal right merely because you access a digital product.
7. Physical Products and Print-on-Demand Fulfilment
Our physical merchandise is generally produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand suppliers.
Depending on the product and destination, an item may be printed, packaged, or shipped from a fulfilment facility outside Slovenia.
We remain your seller. Using a third-party fulfilment provider does not remove our obligations to you under applicable consumer law.
7.1 Production and Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are provided on the relevant product page or during checkout, where applicable.
Production and shipping times can vary depending on the item, destination, supplier capacity, customs procedures, and the delivery service used.
We aim to meet the estimates provided, but delays can occasionally occur.
If a significant delay arises, contact us so we can investigate the order.
Any delivery deadline or remedy required by applicable consumer law remains unaffected by these estimates.
7.2 Shipping Costs and Customs
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination and the applicable rules.
Where such charges are the customer’s responsibility, they are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We will not represent an order as having a particular tax or customs treatment unless that information is supported by the applicable checkout and delivery arrangements.
7.3 Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Problems
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.
If a parcel is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged, or is delivered incorrectly, contact contact@mistmagia.com with your order number and any relevant information.
We will investigate the issue with the fulfilment provider or carrier and help resolve it in accordance with our obligations.
You will not lose statutory rights merely because a third-party supplier or carrier is responsible for part of the fulfilment process.
8. Physical Returns, Withdrawal Rights, and Refunds
We do not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges beyond the rights available under applicable law and any specific policy expressly offered for a product.
However, we respect statutory withdrawal rights and legal remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
8.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers buying physical goods online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and any valid statutory exceptions.
You do not generally have to provide a reason for exercising this right.
To exercise your right, send a clear statement of withdrawal to contact@mistmagia.com before the applicable deadline. You may also use any valid statutory withdrawal form or available withdrawal mechanism.
Please include your order number and the email address associated with your order.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within the applicable statutory period.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the relevant details and help identify the order.
8.2 Condition of Returned Goods
You may handle and inspect an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection, where permitted by law.
We ask that returned merchandise be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, except to the extent that inspection or handling permitted by law makes this impossible.
These conditions do not remove your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
8.3 Return Shipping Costs
For an ordinary statutory withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where you were properly informed of this obligation before purchase.
We do not charge a separate restocking fee for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Where goods are defective, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming, we will cover return costs when required by applicable law.
8.4 Refunds for Statutory Withdrawal
Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments required by law, including applicable standard outbound delivery costs.
Where the law permits us to withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, we may do so.
Refunds will be made within the applicable statutory deadline and using the original payment method where possible, unless another method is agreed with you without additional cost.
8.5 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact contact@mistmagia.com.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs showing the item and the defect or damage, where reasonably possible.
We may request reasonable additional information to investigate the issue with our fulfilment provider.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
Where a refund is legally required, we will provide it. We may also offer a refund where appropriate under our customer-support policy.
We will not require you to pay return shipping where applicable law requires us to cover those costs.
Photographs help us investigate claims, but a request for photographic evidence will not be used to deprive you of a statutory remedy where the evidence is unavailable or another form of verification is appropriate.
8.6 Print-on-Demand Products
The fact that an item is produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, mean that it is a personalised product exempt from statutory withdrawal rights.
Where a product is genuinely personalised or falls within another statutory exception, the relevant exception will apply only to the extent permitted by law and where the required information has been provided.
9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
All original content and materials provided by Mistmagia are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This may include text, illustrations, graphics, sigils, designs, photographs, digital guides, downloadable files, website content, and the design and content of The Witch’s Cheat Sheet.
Purchasing a product gives you the right to use it personally under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of Mistmagia’s intellectual property to you.
9.1 What You May Do
You may:
- Use purchased digital products for your own personal witchcraft practice.
- Save purchased files on your personal devices.
- Print copies of purchased materials for your own personal use.
- Use the information for your own rituals, spiritual practice, journaling, and personal learning.
9.2 What You May Not Do
Unless we give you written permission or the law otherwise permits it, you may not:
- Resell or redistribute purchased digital products.
- Share downloadable files with other people or upload them to public websites.
- Reproduce or republish our content as your own.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute substantial portions of our material for commercial purposes.
- Use our illustrations, designs, text, or other protected materials to create products for sale.
- Remove copyright notices or other ownership information.
- Attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce substantial parts of the Cheat Sheet for redistribution or commercial use.
- Share your account credentials or transfer your personal access to another person.
These restrictions do not prevent you from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

10. Witchcraft, Spirituality, and Educational Disclaimer
Mistmagia provides witchcraft-related information, spiritual practices, rituals, manifestation guidance, symbolic correspondences, and educational content.
Our products are intended to support personal exploration and spiritual practice.
Witchcraft, spellcasting, manifestation, astrology, moon correspondences, and related practices are matters of personal belief and practice. We do not guarantee that a spell, ritual, affirmation, or other practice will produce a particular result.
References to love, money, success, protection, beauty, relationships, or other intentions are not promises of a specific outcome.
Your results may depend on many factors, including your circumstances, actions, and decisions. Testimonials and customer experiences describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that you will achieve the same results.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
10.1 No Professional Advice
Mistmagia’s content is not a substitute for professional advice or services.
Nothing in our products is intended to provide or replace:
- Medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Legal advice.
- Financial, investment, or tax advice.
- Emergency, crisis, or other professional services.
Do not delay or avoid seeking appropriate professional help because of a spell, ritual, spiritual reading, affirmation, or other content from Mistmagia.
If you have a medical, psychological, legal, or financial concern, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
10.2 Herbal and Ingredient Safety
Some of our content discusses herbs, plants, essential oils, crystals, candles, and other materials used in spiritual or ritual practices.
The inclusion of an ingredient in our content does not mean that it is safe for every person or every use.
Plants and herbs may be toxic, cause allergic reactions, interact with medicines, or be unsafe during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions. Essential oils and other concentrated substances can also cause harm when used incorrectly.
Unless expressly stated and supported by appropriate information, our content is not intended to provide instructions for ingesting herbs, preparing medicinal products, or treating health conditions.
Before ingesting, applying, burning, or otherwise using an ingredient, verify its identity and safety using reliable sources and seek qualified advice when necessary.

10.3 Candle, Fire, and Ritual Safety
Rituals involving candles, incense, smoke, fire, hot materials, sharp tools, or other potentially hazardous objects must be performed responsibly.
Never leave a burning candle or open flame unattended. Keep flames away from curtains, paper, fabrics, and other combustible materials. Use suitable candle holders and place burning items on stable, heat-resistant surfaces.
Ensure adequate ventilation when using incense or other materials that produce smoke. Avoid exposure where smoke may worsen a medical condition or create a risk to other people or animals.
Follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions for any physical product or material you use.

You are responsible for ensuring that your practices and actions comply with applicable laws and respect the rights and safety of others.
11. Complimentary Telegram Community
Some products may include complimentary access to a private Telegram community, such as the Empowerment Circle.
Community access is a separate benefit from the purchased digital product and is available while the relevant community remains active and accessible.
We do not guarantee that the Telegram group will operate permanently or that every feature, discussion, or community benefit will remain available indefinitely.
Access may depend on Telegram’s own services, availability, and rules.
Members must behave respectfully and must not use the community to harass others, share unlawful content, impersonate other people, distribute purchased materials without permission, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
We may moderate the community and restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated violations.
Where community access was included in a purchase, discontinuing the community does not automatically cancel the underlying digital product or remove any separate contractual or statutory rights associated with that purchase.
12. Website Availability and Technical Issues
We work to keep Mistmagia and its digital products available and functioning properly.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security incidents, third-party service failures, or other technical circumstances.
We may temporarily suspend access where necessary to maintain or protect our systems.
Where reasonably possible, we will work to restore service and resolve significant problems.
Nothing in this section excludes your statutory rights where a digital product or service does not conform to the contract or is unavailable in a way that gives rise to a legal remedy.
13. Privacy and Personal Information
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Depending on the product or service you use, we may process information needed to complete orders, deliver products, provide account access, handle customer support, comply with legal obligations, and operate optional features.
Payment providers, fulfilment providers, hosting services, and other necessary service providers may process relevant information to perform their functions.
Please consult our Privacy Policy for further information about data processing, cookies, retention periods, and your privacy rights.
14. Liability
We are responsible for providing the products and services in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, these terms do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that this does not remove obligations or remedies that applicable law requires us to honour.
We are not responsible for failing to achieve a particular spiritual, personal, financial, relationship, or other outcome through the use of our educational or spiritual content.
Nothing in this section removes your rights concerning defective products, non-conforming digital content, statutory refunds, or other mandatory consumer protections.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from contacting the relevant consumer protection authority or exercising your statutory rights.
16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to your purchase.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, you may benefit from mandatory protections under the laws applicable to your circumstances. Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive you of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent court or other authority determined under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, business practices, legal requirements, or website functionality.
The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last updated.
Where a change materially affects an existing purchase or an ongoing contractual relationship, we will provide notice where required by law or otherwise appropriate.
Changes to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights or remedies that you have already acquired under applicable law.
The version applicable to a purchase will be determined in accordance with the contract and applicable legal requirements.
